I first met with Krista when I was about 5 months post-partum and dealing with abdominal weakness and pretty severe diastasis recti after a complicated pregnancy and unplanned c-section. Krista showed me tips for proper alignment and form, some safe core exercises to work on. She also referred me to a fantastic pelvic floor physiotherapist who I saw for a few sessions to make sure there was nothing else going on, and that I was ready to start exercising more regularly. After a few months of private sessions I joined the group workouts. Just over 5 months later, I lost all the weight I wanted to, but more importantly I can confidently say this is the strongest I've felt in years!
