  • Yes! Free Community Classes are scheduled regularly to teach the basics and help you see if Strong Moms is a good fit.

    For moms who want to participate in Group Strong but may not be quite ready, or lack experience strength training, it is recommended you do an Assessment & Foundations Session. Inquire about availability by sending an email to krista@thestrongmomproject.com

    If you recently had a baby, the best option would be to start with Diapers to Dumbbells for 4 weeks, and then progress into group training!

    Potential new clients MUST either attend a Free Community Class, schedule a private assessment session, or complete Diapers to Dumbbells in order to join regular Group Strong sessions.

  • The All Access Pass is worth the investment if you plan on averaging at least 1.5 sessions per week. Ideally, clients come to 2-3 sessions per week, with a max of 3/week. If time allows, adding in extra walking, or the virtual stretching and foam rolling recorded class are great options to get in extra movement in.

  • Definitely not! Mom life requires flexibility and a rigid schedule is stressful. You can attend one session any day/time during the week, and if you will be away or life gets lifey, you can skip one week and double up the next within the same billing cycle. We advise trying for the first half of the week so there are backup options if something unexpected comes up.

  • Yes, your membership can be changed anytime. If half way through the month you decide to switch up or down, your next bill will be prorated to reflect the change. There is no initial commitment past the first month, and your membership can be changed at any time.

  • There is no commitment. You pay for the month when you join, and that becomes your billing date each month. As long as you send an email to krista@thestrongmomproject.com at least 24 hours before your next billing, you can cancel or change your membership at any time.

  • Never! This is the #1 feature that makes Strong Moms the best fitness option for busy moms. Signing up and then remembering to cancel is stressful! Sometimes it’s a last minute decision to attend, and also moms don’t need one more thing to remember to do.

  • Yes, at each in-person session there is a QR code to scan to check-in for that specific session. It only takes 1 minute to do!

  • Drop-in sessions ($30) are available only as a one-off for a variety of specific reasons. For example, not being able to commit due to morning sickness, injury, etc. Memberships help with commitment and keeping you accountable, ease of billing, and to ensure progress is possible. New clients always have a lot to work on and consistency is important!

  • The Strong Mom Studio is baby and kid friendly. We believe that moms should do the best they can to find a way to take these small chunks of time for themselves, but that isn't always possible. Children are welcome at any and all sessions, though it is rare that children come to 7am sessions. We offer a large playmat and some small toys and will be the extra set of hands you may need to get it done.

    * Please note that the store below us opens at 10am and therefore kids are not allowed to run in the studio after 10am.

  • You can cancel it the same way you signed up. Just log into the website, view your subscription, and cancel it from there. If we have modified your membership for you at any point you may no longer be able to do this yourself. If you need help, send an email to krista@thestrongmomproject.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
