Krista started training me when I was 13 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby in 4 years. I never felt healthier physically and mentally! She really helps guide you with what you can safely do to preserve your body while always getting in a good workout.

The prenatal yoga was an amazingly peaceful experience. It helps not only work out those tight spots but also with your breathing, and I also met some amazing mamas that understood what I was going through. 

Working with Krista was the best decision I made for myself during and after my pregnancy and I only wish I had found her earlier for my first two pregnancies!
