This in-person program just for mom (but you can bring your baby) focuses on restoring your physical resiliency post-baby while teaching you the habits and basic strength required for mom life.
No matter if you are 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, getting started on rebuilding your core and overall strength is tough! In this series you will ditch the discomfort and tension, master form and function, and make new mom friends along the way!

How the series actually works…
With two 60-min sessions per week for 4 weeks, you are surrounded by moms on the same recovery mission who will help support you when you haven’t slept in days and are still trying to show up for yourself.
Your coaches cover everything from strength, mobility, activities of daily living, and solid habit building, all while managing the stress of new mom life so you can start to feel like yourself again
If you need to show up in your PJs, just observe because you are exhausted, arrive a little late because its hard to get out of the house, or have to leave early due to a fussy baby… it’s ALL OK!
Completing the series will allow you to progress into group personal training, private training, or return to your gym or boutique studio of choice.

Note: Sessions focus on full body strength, and improving posture and alignment to relieve pain and discomfort. They take into consideration diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, common pain spots, and c-section concerns. When necessary, clients will be referred to a pelvic floor therapist or other professional.
