Today, we are talking all things habits, and how (and how not) to actually make change happen. Habits can lead to pain, tension, discomfort and symptoms, but also can lead to improved posture, strength, endurance, and helping you feel amazing! You just have to be moving yourself in the right direction!

If you are wanting to feel more like yourself again, and maybe you feel like you've tried a lot of different things without success, this is a must listen! 

It's no secret that any change you want to make takes time, patience and strategy.... and we totally understand how frustrating it can be as a busy mom when you have none of those things!
