#6: The 6 Week Postpartum Visit - What we don’t like about it

As new moms, especially first time new moms, a lot goes into that 6 week postpartum appointment. It can be met with a lot of high expectations, and also a lot of disappointment and unanswered questions because our doctors do not have the time, nor is it within the scope of their expertise, to guide us in all the ways going forward.

In this episode, you will hear about our own experiences with the 6 week postpartum appointment and what we have learned so you won't make the same mistakes! You will find out what you should know going into it, and what it really means to be "cleared.'  Most important of all, you will learn what you can and should be doing prior to going to that appointment - and it's not just sitting on the couch!

Free Guide - ALL CLEAR TO ALL OUT
Krista has a free guide which gives you some tips and things to start working on in the early postpartum weeks. If you don't have local resources and need information you can trust, download it and do things better the first time, or this next time around.

** Be sure to listen to the very end of the episodes all through December for a chance to win a gift card to Athleta or Lululemon for supporting the first full month of our podcast! This is the last week to snag a chance to win! We appreciate you! **

We will have 3 different types of episodes and one will drop each week on Mondays including Christmas Day and New Year's Day!

  1. Movement and education

  2. Mom life struggles and experiences

  3. Business ownership
